Sour Cherry Sleepy Gummies

Yep you read that right, gummies that can actually help you sleep!! And they’re made with only 2 ingredients, tart cherry juice and Well Fed Kitchen's Gut-Loving Jelly Gummies gelatin.

Gelatin contains the amino acid, glycine, which has been found to help with sleep by decreasing anxiety and promoting mental calmness. Tart or sour cherries are a source of naturally occurring melatonin, the sleep hormone, that not only helps you fall asleep but wake feeling refreshed too.

Aim to consume 50-100ml of tart cherry juice an hour before bed - that’s about 3-5 of our koala bear gummies.

What you’ll need:
- 1 cup (250ml) tart cherry juice
- 2 Tbsp Well Fed Kitchen's Gut-Loving Jelly Gummies gelatin

Instructions:
1. Pour juice in to a small saucepan and sprinkle over gelatin 1 Tbsp at a time, allowing it to “bloom” in to a jelly blob between each one
2. Very gently warm the mixture over a low heat and whisk until the gelatin his dissolved.
3. Pour into Well Fed Kitchen's silicone Koala Bear moulds or chosen silicone moulds and place in fridge to set for 2-hours
4. Pop out of moulds and store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 5-days
