Made with chickpea flour, also known as gram, besan, or garbanzo bean flour, that's been a staple in Indian cooking for centuries. We love it because it's high in protein and fibre to fill tummies, support a healthy gut and sustain energy. It's also loaded with important growing nutrients like folate, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, manganese, thiamin & plant-based iron.
Our 70% dark chocolate chips are dairy free and high in protective antioxidants.
We sweeten our cookies ever-so-slightly with coconut sugar - dehydrated sap from the coconut palm flower. We love it because it contains electrolytes, vitamins and minerals, protective poly-phenols and antioxidants. It has a lower GI than table sugar thanks to the inulin it contains - a dietary fibre that also helps maintain gut health.
